### What were the AppSumo tiers?

All tiers are one-time payments for lifetime access to one business.

### I bought on AppSumo but my account still shows the Free plan. What do I do?
Redeem your code. In AppSumo, go to **Products > Tabby > Redeem**, and sign in with the email you use for Tabby. If it still shows Free, email support@usetabby.com with your AppSumo order email.

### Do AppSumo users get future updates?
Yes. Lifetime users get updates to the plan their tier maps to. Tier 2 and Tier 3 users get future AI features. Entirely new paid add-ons may be sold separately.

### Can I upgrade my AppSumo tier?
Yes. Upgrade through AppSumo while upgrades are offered there, or email support@usetabby.com.

### What happens if I go over my AppSumo expense limit?
Your account isn't locked. New transactions stop being categorized until you upgrade. The limit counts all expenses in the business, across every account, for the year.

### Is the AppSumo expense limit in US dollars?
The limit is a number on the amounts in your books, which are kept in USD today.

### Can I use one AppSumo license for several businesses?
No. One license covers one business. Buy a license for each business and email support@usetabby.com to link them, so you can switch between them from one login.

### Does a manual or upload account count toward my AppSumo account limit?
Yes. Each bank account, credit card or upload account counts as one account.

### Can I use my AppSumo license to manage clients?
No. AppSumo licenses are for your own business. Accountants and bookkeepers should use Tabby for Accountants.

### What is the AppSumo refund window?
AppSumo offered a 60-day refund window from purchase, handled through AppSumo.

### Will AppSumo users get UK, Canada or multi-currency support?
When a region or currency is released, lifetime users get it as part of their plan's features. Release dates aren't confirmed. See [Product roadmap](#product-roadmap).
